Drop-off and pick-up:

Drop off is from 8-9am and 1-2pm. If you have a morning appointment, you would be asked to pick your pet up between 1 and 2pm. If you have an afternoon appointment, you will need to pick your pet up between 5 and 5:30pm. If you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment, you will be considered a no-show and charged a late fee. Your pet will be at the salon for 4 hours. If you are a morning drop-off and you want to pick your pet up between 5 and 5:30 pm, you will be asked to pay an extra $25.

Rabies vaccine certificate:

A rabies tag is not a valid form of proof. Please bring a copy of your dog or cat's veterinarian's report complete with the expiration date of the shot.

Matted dogs and cats:

All matted dogs and cats will be shaved down and there is an additional fee of $15 for this service.

Elderly dogs and cats:

Your elderly pet will be groomed for comfort only. Because of this, your pet may not have a well finished look. This simply depends on how much exertion your pet is capable of handling.

Cat Boarding:

Our cat boarding rate includes a $50 deposit upon booking (which covers the cost of the first night and is $45 for additional nights. There is a 2 night minimum. You can board a second cat at $20/night as long as it's the same family, room, and food. There is no pick up or drop off after 4pm. We absolutely do not allow clay litter. Please bring with you: food with extra servings in case of emergency, rabies certificate, a cat carrier, and toys.
